I run an informal yet professional practice, with a friendly, understanding and non-judgemental approach. My aim is to allow you the opportunity to speak freely in  an open, confidential environment, so you can achieve positive change, a sense of balance and purpose in your life, and resolve your issues as quickly and effectively as possible.

 

My background was initially in science and engineering, however, over the years I became more and more interested in the power of our minds; how our thoughts and feelings can affect not only our state of mind, but also our overall physical health and consequently our quality of life.
